Elder of Preaching and Teaching
Pastor Troy and his wife Chanel are lifelong residents of the New Orleans Metro Area. They have been married since 2005 and have four children: Jajuan (boy), Rayelynn, Troiana and Tamera.
Troy is currently enrolled in New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, pursuing an MA in Apologetics. He serves as Elder of Preaching and Teaching/President of Church Without Walls New Orleans and Church Without Walls Jackson. Church Without Walls is a nonprofit organization that holds open-air church services, public feedings and rehabilitation services for the homeless and addicted population of New Orleans and Jackson, Mississippi.

Pastor Ben is originally from Georgia, but he has lived in or near New Orleans since 2012. Ben and his wife Quaneisha have been married since June 2016, and they have a daughter named Danyel.
Before coming to Cross Culture Community Church in 2016, Ben served in a variety of ministries, including children’s ministry, youth ministry, college ministry, young adult ministry, music ministry and pastoral ministry. He holds a BA in History, MDiv with Specialization in Biblical Languages, and a ThM in New Testament. He is currently pursuing a PhD in New Testament at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Elder of Youth and Young Adults
Roberto Taylor is from the beautiful island of Jamaica. He grew up in the parish of rural Portland with his mother Donna Taylor and father Ellery Taylor. Roberto completed a BA in Religion and an MA in Religion at Northern Caribbean University. He came to the United States three years ago to pursue a Masters of Arts degree in Biblical Studies. Roberto is currently engaged to his beautiful, soon to be bride Elisabet Alfonso. Roberto has fallen in love with the city of New Orleans and he sees a great need to spread the Gospel intentionally in this city. Roberto's philosophy is "if God brings me to it He will bring me through it."
